MSDI
The Birth of
MSDI, registered in 2025, established with a strong commitment to promote inclusive and sustainable development through women-centered initiatives.
The idea of MSDI emerged from years of on-ground engagement with communities facing social and economic vulnerabilities. Repeated exposure to the struggles of marginal farmers, women in fishing and aquaculture sectors, persons with disabilities, and school dropouts revealed a common gap not just lack of income, but lack of access to skills, market linkages, and organized support systems.
MSDI is thus a natural progression of these learnings—an initiative built to convert experience into impact. It aims to create scalable models of economic enhancement through skill development, entrepreneurship, and collective action, enabling communities to move towards dignity, self reliance, and long-term resilience.

Vision
MSDI Vision is towards a world where each under privileged women live with dignity and economically balanced life in our focused areas.
Mission
To act as a catalyst enable access to basic rights to social security and economic upliftment through capacity building and skill development training towards Self Entrepreneurship Model.
